Very friendly and professional staff. Well-designed villa and equipped with all the comfort. I love the open-style living room, with a kitchen, dining table, toilet, and private pool. On the first floor the bedroom it's spacious with smart tv, a very comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The hotel provides bathroom amenities, towels, water, coffee, and internet speed it's fast. Last thing the breakfast it's served directly at the villa and it's amazing. I will definitely book again any time I'm in Petitenget

Tho the toilet & pool needs a bit of touch up but it wasn't really a big deal. Our bedrooms & villa was kept clean and tidy everyday. We had left our clothes to dry on all the chairs available & we get back from our activities, the staffs had actually placed all of that neatly in drying racks they brought in. Agung & all the staffs in Asrina are simply the best. They ensure a smooth check in tho it's quite late and the staffs are really helpful. Thank you Agung & team for making our stay a comfortable and memorable one.

The location is central so many things are walking distance. The TV is great for late night movies. There’s a 24 hour mart in front of the building. The staff is great. I forgot an item and they contacted me about it and allowed me to pass by on my way to the airport and use an access code to enter the front office to pick it up.
