Posada del León de Oro is located in Madrid’s La Latina district, 100 metres from Plaza Mayor and 200 metres from La Latina Metro Station. It offers free Wi-Fi. The location was excellent. You step outside to a narrow street full of cool bars and restaurants. The room was beautiful and very very large especially for a hotel room. The breakfast was OK, it wasn't bad, but not good enough to eat there more than once, especially with all the restaurants available in Madrid. The staff also was exceptional friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building with a quadrant in the center.

Location was excellent to main attractions in Centro Madrid. The street is a very quiet residential area but a short 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. The host was very responsive and attentive. The amenities in the apartment were excellent and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were provided some basic food items on arrival and a bottle of wine which were all very much appreciated! A good-sized supermercado is conveniently located on the adjacent block. Would highly recommend this apartment and neighbourhood when staying in Centro area.

The apartment is very well decorated and has all the comfort a traveler would need. Location is perfect, walking close to any major attraction. Remote access and check in was super easy and convenient, and overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely consider this accommodation for my next trip to Madrid.
